Accessibility statement
We want Here4Landlords to be usable with a keyboard, screen magnification, a screen reader and different display sizes.
Our approach
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA where practical. This is an aim, not a claim that every historic page or third-party component currently meets every success criterion.
The 2026 site design uses visible keyboard focus, responsive layouts, scalable text, labelled navigation, readable contrast and a reduced-motion option. Page headings are structured to support navigation and editorial images should include useful alternative text when the image carries meaning.
Known limitations
Some older articles, embedded content, third-party forms or partner pages may have inconsistent heading structure, alternative text or controls. Third-party websites are outside our control. We are reviewing older material as it is updated rather than claiming that the entire archive has already been remediated.
Adjust the site
You can zoom using your browser, increase the default text size, use reader mode where available and navigate interactive controls with the keyboard. The site is designed to reflow on narrow screens without requiring a desktop layout.
Report an accessibility problem
Email us@latitude60.net. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the problem you encountered and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the browser and assistive technology used. We will try to provide the information in an alternative form and investigate the underlying issue.
