https://here4landlords.uk is published by Latitude60 Ltd, company number 14841042, whose registered office is 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. In these terms, “Here4Landlords”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Latitude60 Ltd in its role as publisher of the site.

2. General information, not individual advice

The site provides general news, explanations and service information for a UK landlord audience. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance, investment, valuation, surveying, building, electrical or gas-safety advice. Content cannot take account of your property, tenancy, ownership structure, licence, local rules or other circumstances.

Check the jurisdiction, date and linked official source before relying on an article. Obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional where a decision could affect safety, legal rights, possession, tax, insurance cover or a significant financial interest.

3. Using Here4Landlords

You may browse the site and share links for lawful personal or business-reference purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that unreasonably burdens the service, or use its content to mislead another person about the source, date or jurisdiction.

Automated access is also subject to any instructions published in robots.txt and to reasonable technical limits. Nothing in these terms grants access to an account, system or dataset that is not made publicly available.

4. Accuracy, dates and availability

We aim to make material accurate and traceable when published, but law, official guidance, rates, thresholds, products and external pages can change.
